One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on nk999. The operation of duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. nk999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold pending withdrawals where duplicate accounts are identified.
Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any details change. nk999 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of nk999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws governing online gaming and sports betting. nk999 makes no representation that use of its services is legal in all jurisdictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nk999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. nk999 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify nk999 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 13 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. nk999 recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication ("2FA") for enhanced account security.
nk999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity, identity discrepancies, or security concerns are identified, pending investigation.
Accepted Payment Methods. nk999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). nk999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
Deposits. Deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the nk999 deposit interface at the time of transaction. Deposit funds are credited to your nk999 wallet upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. nk999 does not accept deposits from third parties; funds must originate from an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name.

Bank transfer withdrawal times may vary based on the processing schedules of receiving institutions. nk999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Bonus Funds. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied. nk999 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.

Sports betting markets are subject to the outcome of the relevant event as determined by the official governing body of that sport. For cricket markets, results are determined by the relevant cricket board (e.g., PCB for domestic Pakistani fixtures). For international events, the relevant international federation governs the result.

Continued use of nk999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the nk999 operating entity. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the nk999 Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents nk999 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
